How We Host Data
Kora Says is cloud-hosted using secure infrastructure on DigitalOcean and MongoDB Atlas. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Data Retention
User data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service. Inactive user data is deleted after 90 days.
Data Deletion Process
Users may request deletion at any time. After verification, all data is removed from active systems within 7 days and from backups within 30 days.
